At Nidhuvastra, we take great care in delivering high-quality sarees. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer an exchange-only policy under the conditions below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Product damaged during shipping

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect item received
To be eligible:

The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Color or design preference

Size-related concerns

General dissatisfaction
3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any request, the following are strictly required:

📹 Unboxing video (clearly showing the issue at the time of opening)

📸 Clear images of the product

🧾 Order Number and Product Code
⚠️ Important: Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5. Review & Processing Timeline

All requests are reviewed within 24 hours

Approval is based on verification of submitted proof

Once approved:

Exchange will be processed within 3–4 business days

Replacement product will be dispatched accordingly
