We currently ship to:

  • All serviceable pin codes across India

🚫 International shipping is not available at this time.


2. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • No additional hidden charges at checkout (unless otherwise specified)

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real-time.


6. SHIPPING PARTNER

We use trusted courier services such as DTDC to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas

Nidhuvastra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


8. ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout
  • Nidhuvastra is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

👉 Resolution and claims will be handled only through the courier partner, and refunds (if applicable) will be subject to their investigation.


9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery with proper proof (including unboxing video)
